On the windows in the Trader's Desktop. You cannot bring a window forward by clicking anywhere in the window. To bring it forward you either click on its menu bar or click on the Task in the below Task Bar at the bottom. Can this be changed, so if I click anywhere on the window, it brings it to the top?

I would consider this more of a bug. I'll forward this to our engineers. Thanks for the input!

I think this was working at some point. We must have pushed an update that broke this feature/function.

We will add this feature in a future release. In the meantime, if you click on the header (top bar) of any window or the tab at the bottom in the taskbar, it will bring the window forward.

Another thing I have noticed for me. It does not save my password and username even though I check the box.

That's a cookie issue with the browser. Your security software probably deletes the cookie.

I will check on that, becuase it keeps cookies for other sites.

One more thing I noticed. In email alerts, the month is wrong (see attached). Just passing this along.

Yeah, it will auto log you out after a certain period of inactivity. Annoying but I'm sure it's done for a good reason. Likely a security issue.

I had the engineers change this to 72 hours. It was 6 hours before and I agree, that's too short.

Please be patient with us, we've only had these tools online for 2 months. Still working out a few tweaks.

One more thing I noticed. In email alerts, the month is wrong (see attached). Just passing this along.

Are trading signals more pushed from TradingView and they have "forced price feed updates" over weekends from time to time. This will cause a few of the indicators that generate our signals to rewrite. When we move to our own charts in a few weeks this will no longer be an issue.
